Our firm provides representation to federally licensed brokers, freight forwarders and motor carriers in all aspects of transportation.  We are an industry leader in the preparation of intermediary contracts for brokers and freight forwarders.  We also lead or co-chair litigation nationwide with regard to transportation issues such excluding negligence/liability cases.  We assist motor carriers and intermediaries in federal, state and local compliance issues as well.
