Municipal/Local Government

The firm provides municipalities and other local government entities representation as general counsel.  We have extensive experience in union negotiation, ordinance drafting and enforcement, zoning, land use and nuisance issues. We also assist in municipal functions such as bid letting, sale and disposition of property, and economic development.  We proudly serve as general counsel to the cities of Howard and Aurora, South Dakota.
