The firm was founded in 1999 by David Jencks, and after he was able to convince his wife to marry him, Rachael joined the firm in 2002. The firm is also fortunate to have Katie Nelson as its paralegal. Katie has a wide range of experience and works closely with David and Rachael as well its clients in the handling of files.
